Why floor is different
A wall screen has one job.
A floor screen has six.
Everything below is a constraint a wall-mounted display never has to solve. It is also why most LED manufacturers treat floor as a side category — and why AOE runs a dedicated production line for it.

It carries people, not just pixels
A wall screen holds its own weight. A floor holds a crowd — up to 2 600 kg/m² without deflection or pixel misalignment. That decides the cabinet, the bracing and the panel mount before anything else.

The surface is walked on, dragged over, spilled on
Imported PC masks with IK10+ impact rating, self-healing nano anti-scratch coating and anti-slip matte texture — because high heels, furniture drag and cleaning tools all land on the display itself.

Heat has nowhere to go
A floor cannot vent upward through a crowd. Passive fanless thermal design keeps AlumaPlate silent enough for recording studios and removes the external AC requirement outdoors.

It has to know where you stand
Optical sensors embedded beneath the surface track foot position in real time, enabling touchless interaction and crowd analytics — the reason a floor screen exists rather than a projector.

Water finds the seams
Floors sit where liquid pools. IP54 indoors, IP66 for touring, IP68 sealing outdoors, with distributed waterproof control pods so one flooded module cannot take down the signal chain.

It gets rebuilt, over and over
Touring floors are assembled and struck hundreds of times. Tool-free magnetic locking, ~5-minute module swaps and vibration testing to 10 000 km of road transport are what make that survivable.
