This new upgrade not only introduced more than ten internationally renowned Panasonic NPM high-end placement machines, but also equipped with front and rear process manufacturing including GKG fully automatic solder paste printer, Si-Tech 3D-SPI inspection, Suneast reflow soldering, Si-Tech 3D-AOI inspection and other domestic first-line brand high-end manufacturing equipment and workshop intelligent operation robots.
