During this harvest season, our company — Xin Yi Guang (XYGLED) Technology Co., Ltd came to Xunliao Town, Huizhou City to hold a company team building activity. Xunliao Town, Huizhou City is located in a bay with a circular bay that looks like a bountiful autumn harvest. The year 2023 is coming to an end, and after nearly a year of fast-paced work and life, we are full of vitality through team building activity.

Our company has arranged buses and accommodation hotels very thoughtfully. In the morning, we took a bus to Xunliao Town in Huizhou City, and the nearly two-hour journey made us drowsy. As we approached the destination, the bus was driving along the circular coastal highway, with the sea shining in front of us. The damp sea breeze brushed our faces and instantly drove away our drowsiness. After a full meal, we came to the dock to experience sailing. The sailboat slowly sailed towards the setting sun in the damp sea breeze, occasionally seeing a small fish flying out of the water as if greeting us. I could only hear the splashing sound of the sailboat breaking through the surrounding waves. At this moment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, I am experiencing the beauty of nature.

After sailing, we went to the beach to play team games. The core of team games is teamwork, with the captain playing a leadership role and team members following instructions to complete multiple challenging games. It’s like working together to complete every challenge in daily work. In the evening, we held a self-service barbecue and a bonfire party, blowing the salty sea breeze, eating delicious barbecues, drinking refreshing beer, and singing cheerful songs. Enjoy this warm moment to the fullest.

On the second day after sleeping all night, we visited the local Mazu Temple. It is said that worshiping Mazu can bring good luck, so we hope that our company can make greater progress and provide customers with higher quality products and professional services. Then we experienced the thrilling mountain motorcycle, with a roaring engine, galloping on rugged mountain roads, bringing us a different racing experience. Then we visited the new factory in Huizhou, which has a beautiful environment and complete infrastructure, which has had a profound impact on us. Accompanied by the beautiful melody of the resident singer, our company team building activity ended with an outdoor barbecue at night.

Time flies, in the blink of an eye, Xin Yi Guang (XYGLED) Technology Co., ltd has been established for 10 years and in a leading position in the LED floor screen industry. I hope XYG LED SCREEN will continue to make progress in the future, aiming to provide customers with high-quality products and professional services.

From October 15th to 16th, XYG conducted a two-day and one-night team building activity. At nine o’clock on Sunday morning, after the company’s employees gathered, everyone took a group photo and got on the bus and set off. The drive of more than two novels is a little exhausting. After arriving at the destination, We ate the specialty seafood first. Then after a little rectification at the hotel, we started this team building activity. The main purpose of the company to organize this team building activity should be to let all our colleagues relax , increase the feelings between us, make us more familiar and tacit understanding, so that our company is a large group more united, so as to promote the development of the company.

The first is the “sailing experience”, when the refreshing sea breeze blows, it seems that the usual fatigue has also been blown away. The sun shone obliquely on the sea, fine gold covered the sea, and the sailboat sailed on the waves, dripping its feet into the sea to wash away the fatigue of the journey.

Team building is naturally indispensable for competitive games, and we were first divided into four teams. Each group elected a leader, worked out the team name and slogan, and the game began. With the game of time, the happy game time is also over, and after the competition of mental and physical strength, everyone is exhausted.

Everyone dispersed, and I walked along the coast and gained a deep understanding of team building. As my first time participating in company team building, at first I did not experience the power of unity, when we hit the wall in game activities, I saw our team in a circle to talk about strategic plans, I realized the power of teamwork. Although we all talk about it, it is our original intention to win for the team. Ask me what is team building? It is to make you no longer lonely and have a sense of belonging, so that you are not like a lonely wolf, let you experience the difference between the individual and the collective, and make you realize the power of the team. Its meaning is no longer in formal luxury, but in what value it brings us.

Service, which is the core of team building.

Each team member is supposed to serve our group. The project leader thinks more about the responsibility of this group, in order to do the job well. Ultimately, the work is done by the entire team, not by one person. To base on service, create a good working environment for team members. In other words, the organizer’s task is to set up the stage and let the team members sing well. Even if a team member eventually surpasses you, if you sincerely help him, he will naturally help you, so why not? Therefore, do not be stingy to tell your companions what you know, do not have jealousy, this is especially taboo. What needs to be pointed out here is: service does not mean numb obedience, it is principled, there will be many misunderstandings, grievances, and it will be very “loss”, but what you receive will be a group of close friends and a wonderful memory that will still care for each other and trust each other after many years.

Coordination and organization

That is, putting the right people in the right places. In fact, as a detailed skill and job content, it is linked to communication and service. If the first items are done well, the coordination organization is basically a matter of course. There are two aspects to pay attention to, one is to pay attention to the actual situation, according to the situation of the person; First, pay attention to arranging tasks as reasonably as possible.

In my opinion, the meaning of team building is to unite the strength of the team and let each member have a sense of teamwork. The same is true at work, everyone is an important part of the company, mutual help is our basic idea, hard work is our original intention driven. Achieving our goals is the fruit of our success.

Recently, the company organized a team-building activity in Huidong, and I was very happy to be a member of it. In each of the exciting and challenging team-building projects. It made me deeply understand the essence of “teamwork” and the responsibilities I have to bear as a member of the team. We learned through exercise, changed through experience, gained unity and trust, and strengthened communication and cooperation with each other. In short, we benefited a lot.

We set sail on the first stop of the first day, and we were all looking forward to the smell of the waves. Looking at the farther and farther shore, a vast ocean appeared in front of my eyes. The sky and the sea seem to be connected together, and the distant peaks are undoubtedly the perfect embellishment of this pure blue landscape.

The team-building game impressed me deeply. Everyone got to know each other as quickly as possible and formed a team, and cooperated well. The following team game “Passing” made everyone feel the close connection between individuals and the team.

In trying to summarize failures and successes again and again, I realized the importance of unity and cooperation, and gained a deeper understanding of effective methods in daily work and the art of team management.

In the evening, there was a buffet barbecue, and the smell of fireworks added to the lively atmosphere. Everyone raised a toast and drank together to celebrate the joy of being together. Many people came on stage to sing and dance together. After we had enough wine and food, we started a bonfire party. Everyone held hands and formed a big circle. We listened to the tour guide’s call and completed many small games. The sea breeze blew gently, and finally each of us held fireworks in our hands, thus ending the day’s trip.

The next day we visited the “Mazu Temple” in Huidong. We heard that Mazu will protect everyone who goes to sea and return safely. She is a god deeply respected by fishermen. My friend and I found Mazu Temple as our first stop and prayed for peace. Then we walked around the town, adhering to the principle of “come as you come”, my friend and I each bought a pearl bracelet. The next stop is to experience off-road vehicles. After arriving at the destination, the coach asked each of us to put on protective gear. Then explain to us how to drive an off-road vehicle. I teamed up with another friend and sat in the back seat. There were a lot of big puddles on the road, so after it was over, it was no surprise that each of us had varying degrees of “damage” on our bodies.

In the afternoon, we went to visit Huizhou’s new office environment. The new office environment is very good, and I can feel that everyone is looking forward to working here. After taking a short rest after the visit, we went to a nearby barbecue camp. The atmosphere is very good, it is surrounded by tents, with a towering tree in the center. A small stage was set up under the big tree. We gathered directly opposite the stage to eat barbecue and listen to songs. It was very comfortable.

Although it was only a short two days of team building, everyone in the team went from unfamiliarity to familiarity, from being polite to talking about everything. We built a friendship boat, and we had activities and jokes together. It was rare and unforgettable. The event is over, but the unity and trust we gained from it will not. We will become comrades in arms who cooperate closely.
